Starting with an expanded trinity, Claflen Associates transformed this property by adding a third floor addition and fully renovating the main house, and by creating a parking structure with a double-height dance studio above.
The main house and studio building are connected by a courtyard at ground level and a bridge at the second story. The courtyard allows more natural light into both the original house and the studio and garage spaces while enclosing a private outdoor space for the family and their guests to enjoy.
