The Environmental Protection Agency Public Environmental Education Center is a facility dedicated to explaining both the EPA and complex environmental issues to the public.

The facility is planned around an exhibit designed by the architects, which presents these issues in the context of Region 3, a multi-state area with a population of 25 million. Visitors are able to explore a wide range of environmental issues through touch screen videos and computer work stations tied into national environmental databases.
